My Mom called me about a week ago with this big idea to take pictures of her gardens. They were in full bloom and full color. I headed over and found myself chasing after a giant, fuzzy, bee for most of the experience. I really wanted to catch him in action – but he’s much faster than I can follow looking through the viewfinder of my camera! Her gardens looked amazing. Full of vibrant color and awesome blossoms. She’s blessed with a green thumb – that’s for sure. She’s been doing some work for other people, too, so if you need some work done . . . give me a holler! With some recent storms, many of these colors are gone already. It’s incredible how short a flower’s bloom season can last. No worries, the way she plans them out, there is something blooming 3 seasons of the year. Can’t wait for the next round!

I grew up playing in a garden that seemed to be in constant bloom so I absolutely love seeing photographs of flowers on your blog!!! I can almost smell summer just looking at your photos – the colors here are incredible! Nice work to you both!
