Oooooo, what a fun title to write! You may have just read Michigan family photographer and now are checking your the URL to make sure you’re in the right place. Or maybe you just snuck over to Facebook to check and make sure I still live in Indy.. don’t worry, I do! I’m not moving, and don’t have any intentions to do so, but many of you know I’m from Michigan and a couple of times a year, still shoot up to Southeast Michigan to shoot the people who have been with me from the very beginning. I know some of you Michiganders are already itching to know my 2018 Michigan dates, but hang tight! They’re coming later this year or early next year – with more availability and options than before!
Today’s post is a personal favorite family of mine. There’s a few families that are neck-in-neck for the ‘families I’ve photographed the most’ award and I look forward to seeing them every year… and sometimes more than once a year! They’re grown so much as a family over this past year, going from a family of three to a family of four, and I love seeing these boys grow. Milo always greets me with such excitement and makes me feel like I’m a celebrity. He’s a complete ham and it’s so much fun to spend time playing with him at our sessions. Felix is the newest member of this family, and while you saw him back in January, it’s crazy to see how much he’s grown this year!
The best thing about seeing this family this fall was seeing Milo take on the older brother role with Felix. He knows Felix is watching him and spends his time checking in on him to make sure he’s properly learning how to scream loudly, laugh wildly, and play with all his heart. Seres family, thank you for braving the crazy cold front that moved in for your gorgeous sunrise session. Every time I photograph you, the new images become my favorite collection of you all. Thank you for inviting me to watch your family grow. I cherish these snapshots of your lives dearly. <3
