Yesterday I introduced you to Gloria and Xoaquin and you saw snippets of their super-cute Mommy-and-Me-Graduation-Shoot. Now you get to see a teaser from the remainder of their family session in So-Cal.

As an Indianapolis family photographer, I sure could get used to a once-a-year trip to Cali in the colder months…. any Cali folks interested in an annual casey and her camera session? 😉

We wrapped up our little graduation mini session and headed into the park. I posted on Facebook, but I’ll reiterate here, again, when I lived in Cali I never ventured far from the beach. I admit – I had no idea Cali could look this green. I adore this shot… he’s looking into a mirror to see what he looks like with Mom’s cap on. <3 <3 <3

Gloria takes photos of Xoaquin all the time, but we all know it’s not often a mom can get into the photos with her son… unless someone else is shooting for her. And that’s where I came in.

These two have the most awesome connection – I did very little to direct them. They just played and laughed and ate ‘sprinkle fries’ all session. It literally was just an evening at the park and I drove back to the South Bay smiling all the way there.
