We took a little drive the other night… in the Jeep… with no top or doors. It was FREEZING! It was already in the low 60’s when we left. We drove up into the Bridger Mountains to check out the road to Fairy Lake. I’ve been wanting to do this hike for a while and the road was closed when I was here in March due to snow. The snow has melted, but the road is still closed due to unsafe conditions. A couple more weeks and the weather will warm and things will dry out and I’ll finally be able to go on the short hike at the base of Sacagawea – maybe up Sacagawea if I’m feeling particularly energetic! 🙂 Despite the mid 30 degree and low 40 degree temperatures that were whipping at us through the open Jeep as we climbed the mountain and zoomed through the shade, the drive was beautiful, peaceful, and completely rejuvenating.Â
