Tiffany and Donnie celebrated their fall elopement at The Balmoral House, making this my second elopement at this venue. I have to say, getting married among your closest family and friends underneath their pergola overlooking the pond is about as picturesque as it gets unless we’re headed out to the middle of a field or planning to hike a mountain. Both of which I’m game for.

Tiffany and Donnie wanted an intimate setting for their Balmoral House elopement, surrounded by just their families. They had simple fall decorations, the sweetest ring exchange, and Donnie kept everyone laughing throughout the morning. I always try to do a couple of more serious-faced poses during couple poses, but it doesn’t always work. When someone as joyous as Donnie comes into the picture (literally) it’s hard for anyone to keep a straight face – myself included. I love to capture people in their natural state and am always on the hunt for laughing faces and there he made my job easy.
