I always love when couples choose locations that are sentimental to them and this Newfields engagement session is the perfect example of that. Both Laura and Tony are members of Newfields, but beyond that, Laura spent time working and interning here after college and knows the place like the back of her hand. Laura and Tony will say their vows next month in a small elopement ceremony, but wanted to take the time to get engagement photos done and include Aleyna, as well.

We spent the evening taking in their favorite spots on the grounds, first as a family, and then focusing just on Laura and Tony. And while I normally spend all of my time in the gardens when shooting at Newfields, I was inspired by the gorgeous glass front when I drove into this session and we were able to sneak in some beautiful shots out front right at the end of our session. It only seemed fitting with Laura’s history with the museum. To Laura and Tony, congratulations on your engagement and I’ll see you all next month!
