Lindley and I connected along her search for Indianapolis elopement photographers and shortly before our consultation I had the opportunity to tour the Neidhammer in downtown Indy. Naturally, I was immediately smitten with the space. When we met to talk over packages and venue options, and she mentioned that her and Zeke’s style was more natural and an indoor industrial-chic space would be ideal, I couldn’t gush enough about the venue. To top it all off, Neidhammer is opening its doors to elopements this year and everything fell perfectly into place.

I often gush about how the sentimental bits and pieces that are tied up in a bride and groom’s day are the parts that have just stolen my heart. This elopement was no exception. Elopements have such a special place in my heart and being able to capture these stories forever is like being let in on a big secret.

One of the first things I like to ask couples is whether or not their date holds significance. In this case, Lindley and Zeke chose to get married on March 31st, Lindley’s grandparents’ anniversary. Not only does Lindley share a birthday with her grandmother, but now her anniversary date, as well. In addition, Lindley’s mom made the florals for the couple, and celebrated after the ceremony in an exit at Ash & Elm Cider Co.. Thanks for letting us temporarily crash your space, Ash & Elm!

Absolutely everything about this day just had me (and everyone else) just beaming and I am so excited not only to share this collection of images, but to send off the full gallery to the newlyweds.
