I can’t believe this family session was nearly 2.5 years ago – where does the time go?! I was so excited when Katrina reached out a few months ago to tell me they were expecting the fifth member of their family to arrive sometime in October and were wanting to schedule a lifestyle newborn session. We kept in touch as miss Avery made her appearance, and I got to meet her just 11 days later. She was sweet as can be and to say her siblings are enamored with her would be an understatement.  The delicate touches to her ears and feet by Henry, or the delicate cradles and comforts from Ari were enough to make your heart melt and just ooze on down to your feet. Plus, there’s just something about seeing client families grow over the years that makes you grin like a fool.

Katrina is supermom. Really. She’s been in nursing school, studying and working, throughout the pregnancy, they moved into a new home just last year (in theeee coolest little area!!) that they are working on updating and making their own, adopted a cat, and I’m sure a whole lot more adventure that I just don’t know about. I’m lucky if I can eat lunch and carry on a conversation at the same time. I may need some lessons!

Cordova family, you were a delight to see again, it’s always such a shock at how much the kids have grown since our last session! Thank you for inviting me into your new home to visit with your newly grown family. Congratulations on little Avery!
