If you do a search for Indianapolis Photographers you will find an ABUNDANCE of local artists and a PLETHORA of services and options when it comes to photography sessions, styles of shooting, final products, specialities, and more. For me, I’m still navigating what it means to be a small business and what I want (and don’t want) to offer. This is the first year I’ve offered Milestone sessions and I’m oh-so-glad I did. Milestone sessions are half the time, can be booked in pairs, and are for my quickly-growing families with 1-2 kiddos. They offer families a chance to take advantage of all the excitement happening when a new little is on the way and at an affordable rate! This fall has been a perfect time for folks to take advantage of this session option – getting in a quick 6-month session or celebrating an upcoming baby boy like this family here!

I have to say, I’m SUPER spoiled in that I get to see and shoot this family THREE times this year. They’re always a favorite (Milo just has me cracking up every time we meet for sessions) and so photogenic together. They really fit well with my style of candid and in-the-moment shooting and are always laughing and playing together… my favorite things to photograph!

I’ll be seeing them again in December once baby boy #2 makes his way into this world and cannot wait to meet the fourth member of this adorable family. It fills my heart to know that these guys came to me through a client referral and I’m just bursting inside to know that I get the chance to continue to watch them grow in just a few short months…. no, wait.
