Indianapolis Photographers | Indianapolis Museum of Art 2017 Senior Session
As a high school teacher myself, I cannot believe this school year is almost over. For Jaina, she’s been done for a bit, now, and is awaiting her June graduation. To celebrate her successes, and her acceptance to a certain school for fall semester (see below!), she scheduled a senior session at the IMA Gardens just in time for their stunning collection of spring blooms. She and her family arrived with balloons and smiles galore, excited to celebrate and congratulate Jaina. We snuck this session in between rain storms (it truly stopped raining for about 3 hours and we jumped at the chance) and it was so, very worth it. The Indianapolis Museum of Art grounds weren’t too crowded and the overcast skies just made the tulips pop.
Jaina and I connected over email as we began to plan out her session and I immediately liked her. She had a clear vision for what she wanted in her session and wasn’t afraid to make decisions to put it all together. She invited her family to come and join her and when they arrived, it was such a joy to see how connected (and coordinated) they all were! Beyond that, as I got to chatting with Jaina, I learned that she finished up her studies early and has big plans for school next year. She’s ambitious, dedicated, kind, and positive… what better qualities could you ask for!?
Congratulations to Jaina, Josiah, and all the other 2017 seniors who are in the home stretch as this year, and this chapter of your lives, comes to a close. Best luck to you all in your adventures next year. You made it!
