Indianapolis Family Photographers | Holiday Mini Sessions

A few years ago I had this dream of offering holiday mini sessions – something special for my current and past clients to take advantage of having a short-and-sweet photo session close to the holidays and end with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind custom card designed by the super-sweet Jenny of Vivian Elle Invitations. To sum it all up, we put together the promotion, jenny designed the cards, we announced it, and then… crickets. LOL.

Our first go-round was a complete flop and the only ones who got in front of the camera for a mini session were Jenny and I. We had a blast and laughed our heads off and I will forever hold onto (and not share) the glorious outcome of that time. At the time of our first launch, I was living out west and was just traveling back and forth to Michigan for sessions. Now, being in Indianapolis for a couple of years, it seemed like the perfect time to bring back this promotion and give all of my clients a go at a holiday mini session!

I nervously rolled the promotion out and… wah-lah! People were interested! Hooray! I’ve made a few tweaks to the promotion since launching it (did you catch those!?) and am excited to say I’m hoping to make this an annual tradition. Here’s a quick sneak at my first family to take part. So glad I was able to see them again this year after their year of busy travel schedules! Looking forward to seeing which card they choose and seeing Jenny’s final design!
