Hello, Indianapolis!

Yes, you read right. You’ve been patiently waiting and the news is finally here. We are moving to ((insert drumroll)) …..Indianapolis! WOOHOO!

We are incredibly excited to be starting this next step in the journey of our lives and I am thrilled to be taking casey and her camera to the next level. Four years ago I made a deal with myself that by 2015 I would give my business a serious go. As things have really fallen into place over the last few years, my belief and love of my work has grown immensely and this move is the final piece to the old puzzle and the first step in my biggest business venture yet.

Brad has accepted an AMAZING position with a fabulous company located in the heart of the city and we will be heading back to the midwest at the end of this month. This has been an incredibly bittersweet month for us as we will lose a piece of our hearts to the mountains when we hit the road. We have been taking full advantage of the view, the lifestyle, and the things we love the most – riding horses up at the ranch, teaching Pogo how to swim in the lake, long weekend walks with amazing views, our favorite Sushi Kaiten, and appreciating our apartment where we officially began our lives together, got married, had a reception, and started saving for a house.

Indianapolis means being only four hours from family, buying a house, settling down (which used to be a completely foreign concept for us), visitors and vacations, Christmas made easy, a yard for Pogo, new friends, new adventures, and the beginning of our future. While we will miss the perpetual sunshine and glorious landscapes, we look forward to making the transition and building a home in Indiana. I LOVE the idea of being so close to home and have heard nothing but five-star raves about Indianapolis.

Until then, farewell, Colorado and HELLLLOOOOOOO, INDIANAPOLIS! A small part of our hearts will always be in the west and we will surely be back again.
