Indianapolis Family Photographer | casey and her camera
This week at the ranch tends to be a sad one as many people’s terms are coming to a close and people are moving on. While chatting with Becca today, I think the reality hit me that she is moving on (thankfully, still within the company so I’m not losing touch with her). Aimee is staying (YAY!)… for now anyway. I am so fortunate to work with these amazing people who are genuine and wholehearted in everything they do and I savor the time I have in this position as I know wherever I go in the future I may not be so blessed to work with these infectious folk. As of tomorrow, Becca will start to pack up her stuff for her next adventure! Aimee and Becca have already said their goodbyes as Aimee is soaking up the sun in a more summery part of the US (jealous!), but I think they both know it’s more of a ‘so long, for now’ as I’m sure these two, and many of the others, will ABSOLUTELY meet again.
If you want to see and read more about where the idea originated from and what this shoot was all about you can check out my Project Ten | Layers post. I was intentionally holding off on posting the extended version of this shoot so that the postings didn’t fall too closely back-to-back and then totally lost track of time!
With that, I leave you with some of my all-time favorite images of the year. Just a few sessions left in 2013! Stay warm and enjoy family!
