I am so excited to share this Indianapolis engagement session shot along the canal that runs through downtown Indy. You see, most of my clients are somehow connected and a lot of my business comes from word of mouth. That’s often how things are in this industry and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love meeting people and learning their stories, but when I get to connect with them over and over again, well… that’s really why I’m in this in the first place. I like to think of myself as a story-teller – a picture book story teller, if you will.

So what’s the story this time? Well, I met Libby about a year ago just shortly after she had relocated here to Indiana. Or maybe she hadn’t even made the official move, yet, and was here on a visit getting things in order for her relocation. She came along to her son’s engagement session to help wrangle the adorable Rylan in between shots for Justin and Carrie’s engagement session. We saw each other again, a few months later, at their summer wedding. In between then and now, Libby met Eddie, the love of her life. They have a perfectly in-sync story that landed both of them here in Indy from out-of-state locations and if you’re anything like me, you just know it was always meant to be that way. Fast forward a few months and they’re engaged and planning a simply sweet wedding for the end of this month and yours truly gets to document it all. <3
