Detail shots typically include dresses and shoes, rings, jewelry, bouquets and boutonnieres, socks, ties, cufflinks, belts, watches, suspenders, pocket squares, and an invitation suite. Please also list any additional items that you would like included, such as perfume or cologne, headwear (veil, barrettes, etc), garters, handkerchiefs, pocket watches, jackets etc.. This will help me take inventory upon arrival to ensure it is all captured! Feel free to share any sentimental details that may be a part of these items' stories, as well!

NOTE: This is common for elopement ceremonies in order to capture reactions from any attending family or friends. This cannot be accommodated in a church setting.

Please provide me with a rough timeline of your day that I can use as a starting point. My goal is to help you create a timeline that will allow for plenty of beautiful portraits and a stress-free day!
Family formals do not have to take over 30 minutes. However, this is only possible if we are organized beforehand!
If you have a very large family and more than 10-20 group photos, we will need to allot more than 30 minutes for family formals. Please inform me of any family members that may not get along and/or may not want to be grouped with a certain other family members so that
we can avoid any tension or discomfort during family formals.
If you are having a first look, you have the option of also taking all family formals before the ceremony. Would you like to have family formals done before or after the ceremony? * Family Groupings for Family Portraits: Please include both the name AND the relationship of all family members being photographed. Follow the formatting below. * Are there any divorces, separations, tensions, or physical limitations that I should be aware of during family formals? This will help me make subtle notes about how/where to pose family during group shots. Elopement Vendor Information
This information will help me communication with your team on your elopement day. It will also help me credit your vendors when sharing on the blog, allow me to send them samples of their work once your gallery is complete, and is needed if your wedding is submitted for publication (magazines or blogs). Please complete all information that applies to your elopement!
Vendor Image Gallery *
Once your final gallery has been delivered, I will put together and send your contributing vendors a collection of images that showcase their work. Would you like this gallery to include portraits? Should you choose to exclude images with portraits, vendors will only receive images with their work in the images, but without people. For example, a florist would receive a few images of a bouquet by itself, but not an image of anyone holding a bouquet. Should you choose to include portrait images, they would also receive a selection of images that feature the bouquet being held, boutonniere being worn, etc..

Will you be having an unplugged ceremony?
