Remember that post from last week about the shortie sessions I offer a couple of times a year? Well, this year’s holiday shortie session options were the tree farm shorties and the trim-a-tree sessions at home. I feel so fortunate to have met these four earlier this year, as this Christmas family session marks my third time working with them in the last few months. Jasmine scheduled this session before she knew about the surprise party Najee had planned for her and I couldn’t tell her how excited I was to be able to document all of these milestones for them this year.

Jasmine and Najee opted for more of a Christmas jammies family session for their trim-a-tree session because let’s be honest… trimming a tree with a one year old just isn’t a thing, right? They had awesome Burt’s Bees matching holiday pajamas and their tree and stockings were all decked out for the holidays. And even though we were close to nap times during our session, the girls made it through to the end… and then some!
