Angie and Travis’s story is one for the books. It’s filled with childhood memories, a reconnection as adults, and then a whirlwind romance celebrated at their Artisan Acres Estate wedding at the end of September. Lori Christy designed a gorgeously colorful and elegant day that felt so perfectly… well, Angie. Family and friends celebrated Angie’s mother, Gina Howald, who left her mark on the wedding design industry, through little touches and moments throughout the day – Gina’s ceremony chair beautifully adorned with florals, a fuzzy bumblebee peacefully landing on Angie’s shoulder during portraits, and the sun popping out during Angie’s vows. Angie’s daughter stood by her side through it all and her sisters and father surrounded her in all of the most meaningful moments of the day.

The day was covered in mist and downpours that left the whole celebration feeling cozy and intimate, sheltered under Artisan Acres gorgeous patio and inside the totally transformed tent. Travis serenaded Angie with several of his many personalized songs he’s written for Angie throughout their relationship before being joined on stage by his bandmates. Chick Grizzly took over the evening from there with late night catering from Ritz Charles and Antique Limousine arrived with a sleek Rolls-Royce to whisk them away into their new lives as newlyweds.

Angie and Travis, here’s to your next big adventure. I wish you many years of singing and dancing together, hopefully sometimes in the rain again, and a lifetime of love.
