Over the holiday break, while visiting family in Michigan, I received a message from my older brother about a friend of his from flight school, who I had met years and years ago, who was looking for newborn lifestyle photography in Indianapolis. Drew and I had met once when (I believe) he and my brother were roommates down in Texas. Fast forward a decade (and then some) and we meet again.

Drew and Jen welcomed their beautiful baby girl just a few days before Christmas. While they live in the Chicago area, they were visiting family in Carmel for the New Year and the timing worked out perfectly to sneak in a milestone session with their sweet family. Baby Claire was wide awake for my visit, not wanting to miss a moment watching her bubbly sister, Cate, bounce around from adventure to adventure.

Jen and Drew, thank you for inviting me to be a part of this moment with your family! I hope you had a wonderful New Year and have a fantastic 2018 as a family of four!
