How lucky am I!? I scheduled with these guys for the beginning of January when the weather was still teasing us with spring temperatures and beautiful sunny skies. Of course, as we got closer to our session, the weather inevitably turned to the norm for Indy winters and we pushed back until things cleared up a bit. Well, this past Saturday was just that – the temps rose into the 50’s and things thawed out enough to romp around in the most adorable lace dresses with your twin sister. 😉

These lovelies turned two this past November and came prepared with lots of love to give to Mom and Dad. The original plan was to really focus on the girls for this session, but they had other plans in mind (as toddlers often do). The best part is, Mom and Dad were terrific sports and having them in the images just makes the session complete! I may be biased (since I LOVELOVELOVE family sessions) but when everyone gets involved (and even gets a little muddy!) my heart just sings.

So on behalf of (all, I’m assuming) Indianapolis photographers – thank you for the gorgeous couple of days, Mother Nature. Feel free to send us spring permanently at any time. 😉

Happy birthday, dear little ones, may the world forever be exciting and adventurous and may you always, ALWAYS stomp in the puddles. Thank you for being such an amazing family! January sessions aren’t always easy, but with your vibrant colors and fun energy, your session turned out simply stunning!
