Confession time. Years ago, shortly after I moved to Indiana, I second shot a wedding at Mustard Seed Gardens with a photographer friend of mine and I’ve been itching (no, yearning) to go back since. Granted, back then we had a rainy day, but this time the sun showed up and we took full advantage of the perfect weather for this spring wedding.
Grace and Kyle’s Mustard Seed Gardens wedding was the perfect way to spend a Friday (and Cinco de Mayo). They were surrounded by a close-knit group of family and friends and shared the day with their pups. Grace had a hand in many of the details that went into their day and pulled everything together off of her own vision. The Mustard Seed staff and Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering brought it all to life while Grace and Kyle enjoyed their festivities.
And shooting this wedding? It only partially satisfied my urge, but I’m still left wanting more. More opportunities to explore the grounds and light in more seasons, more Mustard Seed Gardens couples, more chances to work with the staff, who were wonderfully friendly and caring and supportive. Congratulations to Grace and Kyle (and Duke and Silo)! Best wishes in your newlywed life!
